Cancellation Policy:
A mediation that is cancelled by EITHER PARTY for ANY REASON prior to the date of mediation is subject to a cancellation fee of $150 per party for half day mediation and $200 per party for a full day mediation.

Cancellation on the date of mediation is NOT PERMITTED by either party for any reason and each party will incur the full cost of mediation.
